Single Basic
It measures 20x6m and it is suitable for two players or for padel classes. It is characterized by a balance between metallic structure and glass panels.

Padel courts systems

Galvanization
The galvanization process ensures a long-lasting installation and a higher resistance to atmospheric agents, protecting the steel surface from corrosion and deterioration.
All steel parts are treated with a polyester powder coating finish.
This particular type of paint, ensure an excellent covering on edges and welding, and offers a great durability in outdoor environment. It is also studied to protect the steel thanks to its impact resistance, also in low temperature, and to UV.
Tempered glass
Tempered glass is subjected to a thermal tempering process. The glass is placed onto a roller table, taking it through a furnace that heats it well above its transition temperature of around 700 °C.
The glass is then rapidly cooled with forced air drafts while the inner portion remains free to flow for a short time.
Tempered glass is about four times stronger than annealed glass and, in case of damage, it shatters into small granular chunks that reduce injuries.
Artificial turf
We offer our customers the opportunity to choose between three types of turf, fibrillated, monofilament and textured, available in different shades.
Synthetic turf
Customization, with the best quality and performance!
Fibrillated
01This type of turf enables a high rebound of the ball, characterizing a faster play, as the fibers tend to curl after the use.
Monofilament

Thanks to its durability, it is suggested for sporting centers with an intense us of the courts.
The play is slower because the fibers remain straight and slightly stop the ball.
Texturized
03The fibers are curly and allow a rapid play, it requires also less silica sand, keeping an intense color.
Customization
The color of the steel structure is eligible between RAL references.
In addition, we can add the name of your sport center on corner pillars and on the net, delivering a 100% customized padel courts.
